SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms of Service ("SMS Terms") govern your use of the text messaging program operated by Greystone Contracting LLC ("Greystone," "we," "us," or "our"). By providing your mobile phone number to Greystone, by texting us first, or by otherwise opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these SMS Terms.
Program description
The Greystone SMS program is a service messaging program for customers who have requested contracting services from us. It is not a marketing program. We use SMS to coordinate the work you have asked us to do.
Message types you may receive:
Appointment confirmations
Scheduling and dispatch updates
"On the way" notifications when a technician is heading to your property
Follow-up communications about completed work
Replies to questions you have texted us
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. You will typically receive messages only while we have active work in progress at a property you own, manage, or are responsible for.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Greystone does not charge you a fee to participate in the SMS program.
How to opt out
You can opt out of receiving text messages from Greystone at any time. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text message you have received from us. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and then no further texts from the program.
If you have opted out and later want to start receiving messages again, you can reply START or contact us at info@greystone-contracting.com and we will re-enroll you.

Supported carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your use of the SMS program is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle the information we collect through the program. The Privacy Policy is available at https://greystone-contracting.com/privacy-policy.
In particular: Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
Changes to these SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
