Lock and strike plate installs, weather stripping, light fixtures, sink stoppers and toilet replacements, minor plumbing (unclog, leak repair), carpet repair and replacement, air filter swaps, and siding repair.

Smoke and carbon monoxide detector installs (10-year hardwired), light fixtures, and hardware.

Reglazing & Refinishing

Tub and shower reglazing to restore worn fixtures without full replacement.
